You and a lucky guest will take part in a number of chocolate related activities: Introduction to chocolate makingThe Chocolatier will explain the history and process of chocolate making whilst you sample either cocoa nibs or crushed cocoa beans and exotic flavoured chocolates. Making trufflesWorking in pairs you’ll learn how to make delicious truffles from raw ingredients and attempting to pipe your chocolate mixture into truffles. Create your very own chocolate bar or giant chocolate button!The ultimate treat for chocolate fans – create your very own personalised Green and Black's chocolate bar or giant chocolate button! You'll be given a great selection of ingredients: marshmallow coconut cocoa powder and white chocolate flakes and decorate your treats with edible stars and hearts.
