Damages/Breakages.
We have invested in state of the art air fill cushioning machines,
to ensure your order is packed in the best way possible. Every
order is packed individually in a plain brown cardboard box,
the only paper work and information included on the outside
of the box is a bar code and address label. Great care is taken
to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.
If for some reason the item arrives and seems to be damaged,
contact us within 48hrs of receipts of the goods and we will
arrange a replacement.
Delivery Information.
All
orders received before 3.00pm are dispatched the same day.
Though all items are sent within our published timescales, we
cannot be held responsible if an item is late as we do use a
third party courier company. The delivery charge is a standard
charge and unfortunately is none refundable.
All UK orders weighing over 1kg are despatched via Initial City
Link courier service. We require the customer to sign for all
deliveries. It is therefore important that you are at the delivery
address you provided on your payment form, parcels will not
be left with neighbours or without a signature. If you happen
to miss your first delivery, City Link will attempt a second
delivery, usually the following day. Your premises will be carded
on both occasions, informing you that a delivery was attempted.
If you miss your second delivery, you will then have to choose
from one of the following options:
a)
Request a 3rd delivery, you will be charged for this service.
b)
Request a re-direction, you will be charged for this service.
c)
Collect the parcel from your local City Link depot, you will
not be charged for this service.
If you request a 3rd delivery and/or re-direction of your parcel,
a charge for this additional service will be applied to your
account. The exact amount of these charges will depend on the
actual weight of your parcel. If you decide to collect the parcel
from the City Link's local depot, you can do so within 5 working
days from the date of despatch.
Failure to arrange any of the above alternative options for
delivery will result in the parcel being automatically returned
to us as 'Failed Delivery', charges for which will be applied
to your account depending on the weight of the package.
Acceptance of order.
All orders shall be deemed to be complete and accepted unless
we are notified by the customer within 7 days of receipt of
the order. Any shortages unless stated on your invoice/delivery
note must be notified within that 7 day period.
Refunds.
We aim to complete all refunds within a 14 day period, for up
to the minute information on your refund, log into your account
for details.
Returns.
If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and for
whatever reason you are not happy with it, simply return the
item unused and in it's original packaging and we will arrange
a refund for the cost of the goods.
Return
the package via a recorded mail service to the address below
along with a copy of the invoice and a cover note explaining
the reason for the return. Once the item has been received
and checked, your refund will be processed. The customer is
responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our
depot. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working
days to process.

We reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend any description
without prior notice, due mainly to manufacturers changes and
improvements. It is sometimes necessary to send a substitute
item or improved version of a product, if this is not acceptable
to you, please notify us at the time of placing your order.
Where dimensions and sizes are given, these are approximate.
Colours and materials may differ slightly to those shown due
to colour variations through electronic media and connection
quality. If in doubt, please contact us before you order for
clarification purposes. Batteries are not supplied with products
unless stated.
